J's Natural Haven blossomed through my passion for natural healing. Growing up in Grenada, I saw firsthand the benefits and results of natural healing. Once I came to Canada, I was surprised that natural healing was not practiced. Whenever I was sick, I tried to find a more natural way of healing, but found it next to impossible. That is when I decided to learn more about natural healing and practice it myself. As the years passed, my interests expanded and I found myself more and more intrigued in the relationship between nature and natural healing.

Over the years I saw, or heard of people suffering in pain and/or dealing with sickness that modern medicine could not alleviate. Given my experience and exposure to natural healing, I decided that I wanted to help people deal with sickness and pain more naturally. I have, over the years, helped friends and family deal with their various illnesses by using natural medicine. It was after seeing these results that I decided it was time to help others. That is when I decided to start a natural healing practice.
